Synopsis: A documentary on the former mayor of New York City, Ed Koch.

Thoughts: The former mayor of NYC and onetime star of The People’s Court is the subject for this documentary currently in limited release.  Koch has always been a genial presence whether as a mouthpiece for NYC or showing up in simple acting roles in film but aside from that I’m not too familiar with his history.  I’m feeling that I may have enjoyed this more had it been broadcast on PBS, but I’d still be interested in taking in this look behind the man that was highly controversial during his tenure.
