Synopsis: A man looks back 15 years to the injury that ended his career as a promising high-school football player.

Thoughts: At first look, this has a familiar vibe to it.  In movies like The Rookie or Mr. Destiny (anyone remember that 1990’s Michael Caine and James Belushi fantasy?) we have stories of family men that are suddenly given the opportunity to reclaim some of their past glory…but does it come at a price?  Being released from a smaller studio this either has the potential to be a sleeper entry of the summer or it could be a chintzy feel good film that could put a diabetic into sugar shock.
