Synopsis:  A team of parapsychologists try to figure out a strange phenomena occurring in an apartment building.

Thoughts:  Ah…you can tell that fall is drawing near with each new “found footage” horror trailer that comes your way.  Wait, this late entry in the popular genre is a summer release?  That’s an interesting angle to take and it may pay off…and getting released a week before The Dark Knight Rises may be a smart move for hungry fanboys that need a good scare before they reach Mecca with Batman’s final movie.  As for this movie, the trailer seems to indicate that it has all the ingredients for a short and sweet spook fest that may give you the chills even as it warms up to your wallet.
